How many guests can you accommodate?

We can Accommodate up to 250 guests inside and 50 on the Patio

What is the alcohol policy?

Alcohol is permitted at the White Hall. For your convenience, we have partnered with ABC Liquors to provide you with all your beverage needs, including a complimentary consultation to help determine selection and quantities for your event. As an added benefit, ABC will deliver your selections to White Hall prior to your event.

Should you choose to provide your own alcohol, please refer to our policies and procedures. 

You may select from one of our preferred bartending partners who will stock your bar prior to the ceremony and will collect all unused bottles at the end of the evening. 

Are there nearby hotels?

Yes, some of Jacksonville's best hotels are located in close proximity to White Hall such as: The Omni Jacksonville, Hyatt Regency, Double Tree, and the Hampton Inn.

Where can we park?

Duval Street Parking Garage (33 W. Duval Street) and the Ed Ball Building Parking Garage (214 N. Hogan Street) are located in close proximity to the building.

In addition to the nearby garage parking options, there is an abundance of metered parking spots within one block of each direction of the building, which are free on weekends and after 6:00pm on weekdays. Check out the parking map for more options!

Valet parking available for all events.

Valet Parking fees as based on the hours of the event.

$40/hr per attendant

1-50 guests = 2 attendants needed

50-150 guests = 3 attendants needed

150+ Guests = 4 attendants needed

What are the hours we can rent?

Sunday – Thursday 4:00pm – 11:00pm

Friday and Saturday 5:00pm – midnight.

Can we decorate ourself?

Although we have in house designers the answer is yes. Outside decorators are welcome. Proof of liability insurance is required.  Request a copy of our policy and procedures for additional information.

When can we get in for set up?

Access to the bridal and grooms room starts at 9:00am. Access to the Hall for set up begins at 3:00pm Sunday - Thursday, and 4:00pm Friday - Saturday unless given special accommodations. Otherwise a daytime buyout is required. Daytime buyout rate is $2,000. This daytime buyout can be used toward candy or other treats provided by Sweet Pete's. 

Are Bar Services provided?

Yes, White Hall handles all bar services for an additional fee.

Bartenders - $275 each for a 4 hour event

Mixer package costs $7.50 per person

Includes: Glasses, napkins, mixers and garnishes

Clients to provide their own alcohol.
